Shipping destinations: We ship both locally and worldwide. Shipping times: U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from. Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse : 2-5 Business days. Average transit times to the United states from our International warehouse 5-20 Business days. Average transit times to International 15-45 Business days. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters,holidays,weather,etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. Shipping payment Orders over $65 will have free shipping. Orders under $65 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. FAQ Return +Refund Policy Returns and Refunds PREPARED DEMO CONTENT Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 5 DAYS Return & Exchange Policy: If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. Timing: we have a 5 DAYS Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received. To be eligible for an Exchange, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. For Exchange, please email 
support@lusciousplus.com with the subject 'Exchange' and include your order number, name and the reason for the Exchange. Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to go on the website to see what item they want to Exchange to. It must be the same price as the item you are trying to Exchange. You also have to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the Exchange. If the Exchange is approved, then it will be processed.
