Please check merchandise immediately. All damages must be claimed within 2 days of receiving or purchasing merchandise. Make sure tags are attached to the merchandise. And will be issued a refund. NO TAGS attached NO REFUND with receipt.

If you are not sure about a particular item please please give us a text with the image. And we will help you to the best of our ability but will be your responsibility to make the right decision for yourself.
All items that are preordered will ship as soon as they are received and check-in at our office.

Holiday Orders
Holidays orders will not be shipped as fast, due high volume of orders. Please allow 5 business days before orders ship out.

United States Postal Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States and other countries. All orders within the U.S will be shipped Priority Mail or First Class.
All orders require a processing time of up to 24 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. After your order is processed it will ship.
Priority Shipping is also available and takes 2-3 business days to ship and will be delivered via Priority Mail.
Once the package has left our office and has been received by the post office. A tracking number will be emailed or texted to you.
If your package is returned to us the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped.
If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and or signed for We are not liable to send a replacement package. You must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier, incorrect address, or delays due to weather conditions

If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
UPS GUARANTEES
- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact UPS (1-888-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us at support@lusciousplus.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
