Shipping Policy

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. Orders require 2-5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on their destination. Shipping confirmation and tracking are available via email as soon as your order ships. Please track your order before contacting us with delivery concerns. 


Holiday Orders

Holidays orders will not be shipped as fast, due high volume of orders. Please allow 5 business days before orders ship out.

 If you have questions about your shipment our fully staffed team can assist you at any time.

United States Postal Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States and other countries. All orders within the U.S will be shipped Priority Mail or First Class.

 All orders require a processing time of up to 24 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. After your order is processed it will ship. 

Priority Shipping is also available and takes 2-3 business days to ship and will be delivered via Priority Mail.

Once the package has left our office and has been received by the post office.  A tracking number will be emailed or texted to you.

If your package is returned to us the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped.

 If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and or signed for We are not liable to send a replacement package.  You must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.

 We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier, incorrect address, or delays due to weather conditions
